How invitations get generated

Invitations sit between the personal and the industrial. The design matters more than in most categories — people keep these — but a guest list of two hundred is still two hundred near-identical files with a different name at the top. Addressing each one by hand is the classic copy-paste afternoon. What makes this category slightly different from certificates is that invitations are usually printed on card at a specific physical size, so the export is a print-ready PDF at a set trim rather than a screen-resolution PNG. Corporate event teams often add a QR code linking to the RSVP form, which turns the invitation into the response mechanism as well.
